Physiotherapist-led matwork in small groups at the Reading Rooms. Built on clinical knowledge of how bodies move, recover, and grow stronger.
Join us to work on your core strength, spinal mobility, flexibility and general wellbeing.
Sessions are led by a physiotherapist who observes movement, identifies compensations, and provides real-time adjustments as needed.
Numbers are limited to allow individual attention and appropriate exercise modification for each participant's starting level.
Six-week blocks support gradual progression in strength, mobility, and motor control, with continuity across sessions.
All classes run at the Reading Rooms in Garston, in six-week blocks. Two evenings, two mornings.
Book a full block to secure your spot for the six weeks, or arrange one-to-one time for something more tailored.
That's just £8.50 a session across the six weeks.
Physio-led Pilates or sports massage, in the comfort of your own home.
Keeley Jones is a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years' NHS rehabilitation experience. She combines clinical physiotherapy skills with Pilates matwork principles, using controlled movement and breath to support recovery and improve functional movement.
Her approach is evidence-based and hands-on, supporting individuals recovering from injury, managing everyday aches and pains, or aiming to build strength and ease of movement.
Completely. Classes are mixed-level and every exercise can be made gentler or more challenging. Because a physiotherapist is leading, you'll be guided to the version that's right for your body.
Comfortable clothes you can move in & a water bottle, mat & equipment will be provided. Come a few minutes early to your first session so there's time to settle in.
Yes. Classes run in six-week blocks, and booking the block holds your place for the full run. It also gives your body the consistency to actually progress week to week.
Often yes, and being physio-led is exactly why these classes suit people managing niggles or recovery. You'll complete a short health questionnaire before your first class so Keeley can look after you properly. For anything complex, a one-to-one session is a good place to start.
The group classes are matwork in a small, supportive setting at the Reading Rooms. A one-to-one is 45 minutes in your own home, entirely focused on you — either tailored Pilates or sports massage — ideal if you want something specific to your goals or recovery.
Join a small, physio-led class, become part of a warm and friendly community, and give your body the attention it deserves.
