Good to know

Questions, answered.

I've never done Pilates before — is that okay?

Completely. Classes are mixed-level and every exercise can be made gentler or more challenging. Because a physiotherapist is leading, you'll be guided to the version that's right for your body.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in & a water bottle, mat & equipment will be provided. Come a few minutes early to your first session so there's time to settle in.

Do I have to book the whole block?

Yes. Classes run in six-week blocks, and booking the block holds your place for the full run. It also gives your body the consistency to actually progress week to week.

I have an injury or health condition — can I still join?

Often yes, and being physio-led is exactly why these classes suit people managing niggles or recovery. You'll complete a short health questionnaire before your first class so Keeley can look after you properly. For anything complex, a one-to-one session is a good place to start.

What's the difference between a class and a one-to-one?

The group classes are matwork in a small, supportive setting at the Reading Rooms. A one-to-one is 45 minutes in your own home, entirely focused on you — either tailored Pilates or sports massage — ideal if you want something specific to your goals or recovery.

Move better, feel better.

Join a small, physio-led class, become part of a warm and friendly community, and give your body the attention it deserves.
